| 介绍13.00-25NHS 28PR矿用工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 308 mm，断面宽 310 mm，行驶面宽度 290 mm，行驶面弧度高 23 mm，胎圈着合直径 632 mm，胎圈着合宽度 230 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.827 0，采用横向块状花纹设计，花纹深度 25 mm，花纹饱和度 71.39%，花纹周节数 33。施工设计：胎面采用三方五块结构，胎体采用10层2100dtex/2V1和2层2100dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用4层1400dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布，采用半芯轮式成型机成型，硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 13.00-25NHS 28PR mining earth-mover tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 308 mm，cross-sectional width 310 mm，width of running surface 290 mm，height of running surface 23 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 632 mm，bead width at rim seat 230 mm，cross-sectional level ratio 0.827 0，with the design of transverse pattern block，pattern depth 25 mm，block/groove ratio 71.39%，number of pattern pitch 33.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and five-piece extruded tread，10 layers of 2100dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 2100dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply，4 layers of 1400dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord for breaker ply；using semi-flat building machine to build tires，and using autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in the national standard. |
