| 介绍17.5-25 16PR工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 332 mm，断面宽 415 mm，行驶面宽度 390 mm，行驶面弧度高 21 mm，胎圈着合直径 632 mm，胎圈着合宽度 356 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.813 5，花纹深度 26 mm，花纹饱和度 33.33%，花纹周节数 26，采用横向加深块状花纹设计。施工设计：胎体采用8层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用4层930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布；采用胶囊反包成型机成型，胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 17.5-25 16PR earth-mover tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 332 mm，cross-sectional width 415 mm，width of running surface 390 mm，height of running surface 21 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 632 mm，bead width at rim seat 356 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 0.813 5，pattern depth 26 mm，block/groove ratio 33.33%，pattern circular pitch 26，with the design of transverse deep pattern block.In construction design，the following processes were taken：8 layers of 1400dtex/2 dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply，4 layers of 930dtex/2 dipped nylon 66 cord for breaker ply；using bladder turn-up building machine to build tires，and using bladder curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative design and enterprise standard. |
