      介绍6.50-16 12PR轻型载重斜交轮胎的优化设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径由736 mm增大到750 mm,轮胎断面宽由165 mm减小到162 mm,行驶面宽度由142 mm减小到138 mm,行驶面弧度高由10 mm减小到7 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.849 5,花纹沟宽度由7 mm减小到6 mm,花纹周节数 40,花纹饱和度 76.2%。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用4层1870dtex/2V1和2层1870dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用半芯轮式成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合国家标准要求。

      The optimized design of 6.50-16 12PR light truck bias tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:the overall diameter increased from 736 mm to 750 mm,the cross-sectional width decreased from 165 mm to 162 mm,the width of running surface decreased from 142 mm to 138 mm,the height of running surface decreased from 10 mm to 7 mm,cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) was 0.849 5,the pattern groove depth decreased from 7 mm to 6 mm,number of pattern pitch was 40,and block/groove ratio was 76.2%.In construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece extruded tread,4 layers of 1870dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1870dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply;semi-flat building machine was used to build tires,and vulcanizer was used to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements in the relative design and national standard.
