| 研究改性补强填料YB-5在半钢子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用。试验结果表明：在半钢子午线轮胎气密层胶中加入改性补强填料YB-5，同时调整天然橡胶与溴化丁基橡胶的并用比，减小炭黑N660用量，胶料的焦烧时间缩短，硫化速度加快；硫化胶的定伸应力减小，耐屈挠性能和气密性能提高，生热降低；改性补强填料YB-5的分散性优于碳酸钙；成品轮胎性能变化不大，生产成本降低。 |

| The application of modified reinforcing filler YB-5 in inner liner compound of PCR tire was investigated.The results showed that，by adding YB-5，and adjusting the blending ratio of NR/BIIR，decreasing the additional level of carbon black N660，the scorch time of compound was reduced，and the curing rate increased.The modulus of vulcanizate decreased，flexing resistance and air tightness improved，heat build-up decreased，and the dispersion of YB-5 was better than that of carbonate.The performance of finished tire changed little，and the production cost was reduced. |
