中文摘要:
      对比研究炭黑和炭黑/白炭黑填充钴系BR0150/NR与炭黑填充镍系BR9000/NR在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:与炭黑填充BR9000/NR胶料相比,炭黑填充BR0150胶料的门尼粘度较小,流动性较好,正硫化时间和焦烧时间相近,硫化胶的各项性能相差不大;炭黑/白炭黑填充BR0150/NR胶料门尼粘度较大,正硫化时间延长,硫化胶的物理性能和老化性能相差不大,但撕裂强度大幅增大,抗切割性能和耐屈挠割口增长性能改善。
英文摘要:
      The application of carbon black or carbon black/silica filled cobalt based BR0150/NR and carbon black filled nickel based BR9000/NR in tire sidewall compound was investigated.The results showed that,compared with the carbon black filled BR9000/NR,the Mooney viscosity of carbon black filled BR0150 compound was lower,the flowability was better,the optimum curing time and scorch time were similar,and the properties of vulcanizates were also similar;the Mooney viscosity of carbon black/silica filled BR0150/NR compound was higher,the optimum curing time was longer,the physical property and aging property of vulcanizates were similar,but the tear strength increased significantly,and anti-cutting performance and flexing resistance were improved.
