| 介绍在实验室用专用刻花刀片在光面胎表面刻出载重轮胎花纹的经验，包括光面胎挑选、表面划线、刻刀成型、刻刀尺寸调整和引导样板制作等。要保证花纹尺寸和形状精度，应按物理性能和声学性能挑选光面胎；根据轮胎实际充气尺寸和橡胶的收缩情况对刻花刀片的尺寸、形状以及光面胎表面的花纹沟轮廓线或引导线进行调整；制作各种合适的刻花刀片引导样板及重视操作人员的技能培训和经验积累等。 |

| The truck tire pattern engraving on smooth tire surface with special regroover blade in laboratory was introduced，including selection of smooth tire，lineation，blade molding，blade dimension adjustment and guiding template establishment.To ensure the accuracy of pattern size and shape，the tires should be chosen based on suitable physical and acoustic characters.The blade dimension and shape，grooves contour or guide line on smooth tires surface should be modified according to actual inflated tire size and tread rubber contraction.The guiding template should be made appropriately.In addition，the skill training of operators and accumulation of operation experience were important. |
