| 介绍8.25R16 16PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 861 mm，轮胎断面宽 231 mm，行驶面宽度 195 mm，行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm，胎圈着合直径 406 mm，胎圈着合宽度 178 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.167，花纹深度 19 mm，花纹周节数 42，花纹饱和度 35.6%，采用等节距马蹄形深花纹设计。施工设计：胎面采用两方两块结构，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15钢丝帘线，1#～3#带束层采用3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用一次法成型机成型，蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求，胎圈耐久性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| A design of 8.25R16 16PR radial light truck tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 861 mm，cross sectional width 231 mm，width of running surface 195 mm，height of running surface 6.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm，bead width at rim seat 178 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 1.167，pattern depth 19 mm，pattern circular pitch 42，block/groove ratio 35.6%，with the design of equal pitch and horseshoe shaped deep pattern.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and two-piece extruded tread，3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15 steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#～3# belt ply，3×7×020HE steel cord for 0° belt ply；using one-stage building machine to build tires，and steam curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of the relative design and national standard，and bead endurance performance met the requirement of enterprise standard. |
