      采用三维非线性有限元软件MSC.MARC对12.00R20轮胎进行静负荷模拟,分析胎圈部位的破坏原因和特征,并探讨胎圈结构设计的优化方向。模拟结果表明,增大胎体帘布反包端点和胎圈钢丝加强层外端点的高度及采取加强层外端点与胎体帘布反包端点正级差可以提高胎圈强度,避免胎圈部位应力集中,减少胎圈部位破坏。
英文摘要:
      12.00R20 TBR tire was simulated under static load with three dimensional nonlinear FEA software MSC.MARC to analyze the cause and behavior of damage in the bead,and the method to optimize the structure of bead was discussed.The simulation results showed that,increasing the turn up end of carcass cord and the out end of bead wire reinforcement cord,or taking their positive differential could improve the intensity of bead,avoid stress concentration,then reduce damage in the bead.
