      介绍195/65R15 91H冬季轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径634 mm,断面宽203 mm,行驶面宽度153 mm,行驶面弧度高6.5 mm,胎圈着合直径379 mm,胎圈着合宽度165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.008,花纹深度9.0 mm,花纹饱和度35.3%,花纹周节数62,采用3条纵向花纹沟,结合倾斜弧形横向花纹沟槽设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用1层1670dtex/2-100 DSP聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层3×0.30HT钢丝帘线和1层930dtex/2-94改性锦纶浸胶帘布;采用两次法成型机成型,B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力和高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能符合企业标准要求。

      A design of 195/65R15 91H winter PCR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 634 mm,cross sectional width 203 mm,width of running surface 153 mm,height of running surface 6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379 mm,bead width at rim seat 165 mm,cross-sectional level ratio1.008,pattern depth 9.0 mm,block/groove ratio 35.3%,pattern circular pitch 62,with the design of 3 longitudinal pattern groove combined with slanted transverse groove.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,1 layer 1670dtex/2-100 DSP cord for carcass ply,2 layers 3×0.30HT steel cord and 1 layer 930dtex/2-94 modified nylon cord for belt ply;using two-step building machine to build tires,and using B-type shaping curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance and high speed performance met the requirements of the corresponding design and national standard,and the endurance performance met the requirement of enterprise standard.
