| 介绍8.25R16 16PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 857 mm，轮胎断面宽 231 mm，行驶面宽度 178 mm，行驶面弧度高 5.2 mm，胎圈着合直径 403 mm，胎圈着合宽度 176 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.064，花纹深度 13 mm，花纹饱和度 75.62%，花纹周节数 67，采用3条纵向主花纹沟设计。施工设计：胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线，带束层采用3层3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线；采用两鼓一次法成型机成型，B型双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应国家标准要求。 |

| A design of 8.25R16 16PR all-steel radial LT tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 857 mm，cross sectional width 231 mm，width of running surface 178 mm，height of running surface 5.2 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 403 mm，bead width at rim seat 176 mm，cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.064，pattern depth 13 mm，block/groove ratio 75.62%，number of pattern pitch 67，and with the design of 3 longitudinal groove patterns.In construction design，the following processes were taken：3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply，3 layers 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for belt ply；using double-drum single stage building machine to build tires，and using B-type double mold shaping curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension，strength performance，endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements in the national standard. |
