| 研究5×0.30HI钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束保护层中的应用。试验结果表明，以5×0.30HI钢丝帘线替代3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线用于11.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎带束保护层，钢丝帘布压延和裁断生产工艺正常。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸符合国家标准要求，耐久性能变化不大，强度性能和速度性能提高，轮胎生产成本降低。 |

| The application of 5×0.30HI steel cord in belt protection layer of TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using 5×0.30HI steel cord instead of 3×4×0.22HE steel cord in the belt protection layer of 11.00R20 18PR TBR tire,the calender and cutting technology of steel cord were normal;the inflated overall diameter met the requirements of national standard,the endurance performance changed a little,the strength and speed properties of finished tire were improved,and the production cost was reduced. |
