      介绍12.00-24 L-6T+特种矿用工程机械斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 268 mm,断面宽 330 mm,行驶面宽度 267 mm,行驶面高度为零,胎圈着合直径 613 mm,花纹深度 58.42 mm,采用独特的超加深横向连贯花纹块设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方七块结构,胎体分别采用2100dtex/2V1和1400 dtex/3V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用压辊包边成型机成型,双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      A design of 12.00-24 L-6T+ special mine OTR bias tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 268 mm,cross sectional width 330 mm,width of running surface 267 mm,height of running surface was 0,bead diameter at rim seat 613 mm,pattern depth 58.42 mm,with the design of special ultra deep transverse coherence pattern block.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and seven-piece extruded tread,2100dtex/2V1and 1400dtex/3V2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,1400dtex/2V3nylon 6 cord for breaker ply;using press roll and tipping building machine to build tires,and using double mold vulcanizer to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension and physical properties met the requirements in the design and enterprise standard.
