      介绍14.00-20矿用载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径 1 258 mm,轮胎断面宽 328 mm,行驶面宽度 296 mm,胎圈着合直径 513 mm,花纹深度 25 mm,采用独特的横向连贯花纹块设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方五块结构,胎体分别采用1400dtex/3V1和1400dtex/3V2锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用后辊包边成型机成型,双模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,充气轮胎外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。
英文摘要:
      A design of 14.00-20 mine truck bias tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 258 mm,cross sectional width 328 mm,width of running surface 296 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 513 mm,pattern depth 25 mm,with the design of special transverse coherence pattern block.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and five-piece extruded tread,1400dtex/3V1 and 1400dtex/3V2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply;using press roll and tipping building machine to build tires,and using double mold vulcanizer to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension,physical properties and endurance properties met the requirements in the relative design and standard.
