介绍11.00-20 18PR矿山用载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 097 mm,断面宽 265 mm,行驶面宽度 216 mm,胎圈着合宽度 203 mm,花纹深度 29 mm,花纹周节数 42,花纹饱和度 33.5%,花纹沟采用V型设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用10层1870dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎圈包布采用1400dtex/1×1400dtex/1锦纶66帆布。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能及耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

A design of 11.00-20 18PR mine truck bias tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 079 mm,cross sectional width 265 mm,width of running surface 216 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 203 mm,pattern depth 29 mm,number of pattern pitch 42,block/groove ratio 33.5%,with the design of V groove.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,1870dtex/2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,1400dtex/1×1400dtex/1 nylon 66 canvas for chafer.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension,strength performance and endurance met the requirements in the relative design and national standards. |
