      介绍20.5R25 L-3宽基工程机械子午线轮胎的设计情况。结构设计:轮胎外直径 1 488 mm,断面宽 518 mm,行驶面宽度 443 mm,弧度高 19 mm,胎圈着合直径 630 mm,胎圈着合宽度 432 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.845 2,采用普通块状胎面花纹,花纹深度 28.5 mm,花纹饱和度 54%。施工设计:胎面采用热缠绕方式成型;带束层采用4层帘布层,其中1#和2#帘布层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,3#和4#帘布层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线;胎体帘布采用1层3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘布;钢丝圈采用Φ1.65 mm胎圈钢丝;采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、液压式热板硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸达到相关设计要求,物理性能良好。

      The design of 20.5R25 L-3 wide-base OTR radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 488 mm,cross-sectional width 518 mm,width of running surface 443 mm,height of running surface 19 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 630 mm,bead width at rim seat 432 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0.845 2,block pattern depth 28.5 mm,pattern area ratio 54%.In construction design,the following processes were taken: hot wind tread,4 layers steel cord for belt, i.e. 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,and 3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# and 4# belt,1 layer 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply,Φ1.65 mm bead steel cord for bead ring,using one-stage and two drums building machine to build tires and hydraulic hot plate press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension met the requirements of design,and physical properties were good.
