介绍全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈脱层和胎圈裂产生的机理和原因,指出胎圈脱层是胎圈裂发展的前一阶段。为减少胎圈脱层和胎圈裂的产生,提出3种使用锦纶包布增强胎圈的方法。使用锦纶包布增强胎圈部位后,可增大与锦纶包布相连部位的胎侧和内衬层刚性,从而降低胎圈脱层和胎圈裂产生的几率。 |

The mechanism and reasons for bead separation and break were described.Bead separation was the pre-phase of bead break.Three reinforcement methods using nylon cord to improve the load capacity were proposed to reduce the bead separation and break.Nylon cord reinforcement could improve the rigidity of the connected sidewall and inner layer,thereby reduce the rates of bead separation and break. |
