介绍11.00R20 18PR矿山用全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 079 mm,断面宽 286 mm,行驶面宽度 230 mm,胎圈着合直径 511 mm,花纹深度 20 mm,花纹饱和度 70.3%,花纹沟采用V型开放设计。施工设计:胎面胶采用NR/SBR/BR优化配方,胎体采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层带束层加2层0°带束层结构。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、物理性能、强度性能、耐久性能及速度性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。 |

The design of 11.00R20 18PR mine TBR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 079 mm,cross sectional width 286 mm,width of running surface 230 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 511 mm,pattern depth 20 mm,block/groove ratio 70.3%,with the design of V groove.In construction design,the following processes were taken:NR/SBR/BR optimized formulations for tread,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for carcass ply,3 ply belts and 2 ply 0° belts for belt ply.The inflated overall dimension,physical properties,strength performance,endurance performance and speed performance of finished tire met the requirements in the relative design and standards. |
