      采用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS,考虑材料分布、几何非线性和边界变化问题建立模型,模拟分析不同设计方案ST235/80R16子午线轮胎胎圈与轮辋接触压力分布、负荷与下沉量关系、轮胎接地印痕和胎圈部位应变能密度分布情况,并与实际轮胎试验破坏断面进行对比,探讨轮胎耐久性试验破坏成因。计算结果与试验数据相符,该模型能够及时发现并预测轮胎薄弱点,指导轮胎设计。
英文摘要:
      The model was established by using the non-linear FEA software ABAQUS,considering the condition of material distribution,non-linear geometry and boundary change.The whole process,from the contact pressure distribution between bead and rim,the relation between load and deflection,contact area of tires,and the strain energy density distributed in bead of different designs of ST235/80R16 radial tire were simulated,and the reasons of the damages in the endurance test by comparison with the actual damaged profile of tires were explored.The calculated results match with testing results,the model analysis can find and predict the weakness of tires in time,and then it could direct tires design.
