中文摘要:
      试验研究橡胶改质剂SPE-100在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明，在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中加入橡胶改质剂SPE-100，可以延长胶料的门尼焦烧时间，缩短正硫化时间，提高硫化胶的抗撕裂性能、耐磨性能和耐屈挠性能，改善炭黑的分散性；成品轮胎的速度性能和耐久性能分别达到企业标准和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of rubber modifier SPE-100 in tread compound of TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that，by adding rubber modifier SPE-100 in tread compound of TBR tire，the Mooney scorch time of rubber compound was prolonged，t90 was reduced，the tear resistance，wear resistance and the flexibility of the vulcanizates were improved，the dispersity of carbon black was improved，the speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of enterprise standards，and the endurance performance met the requirements of national standards.
