      基于Adina有限元分析软件,考虑轮胎的材料非线性、几何非线性和接触非线性等复杂的力学特点,建立205/75R15轿车子午线轮胎的三维轴对称有限元分析模型,分析轮胎在离心力作用下的应力/应变场、接触及变形情况。结果表明,滚动轮胎在Y方向的最大位移出现在胎面中部;最大第1主应力出现在钢丝圈与胎体过渡的帘布层处;接地摩擦应力主要集中在胎面处。
英文摘要:
      Based on the finite element analysis software Adina,taking the material nonlinearity,geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity and the other mechanical characters into account,a three dimension axisymmetric finite element analysis model of the 205/75R15 PCR tire was set up,and the stress/stain fields,contact and deformed status of tire under centrifugal load were analyzed.The results showed that the max displacement in the Y-direction of the rolling tire appeared in the middle of the tread, and the max first principal stress appeared in the transition cord layer between bead wires and carcass, and the ground friction stress was mainly in the tread cap.
