      试验研究硅烷偶联剂NXT在子午线轮胎钢丝带束层粘合胶中的应用。结果表明,在子午线轮胎钢丝带束层粘合胶生产配方中添加1.5份硅烷偶联剂NXT,可以有效降低胶料的门尼粘度、减少混炼段数、降低胶料的滞后损失、提高胶料与钢丝的粘合性能,且成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of silane coupling agent NXT in steel belt conglutinate compound of radial tire was investigated. The test results showed that, by adding 1.5 phr silane coupling agent NXT in steel belt conglutinate compound formulation, the Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased effectively, the times of mixing stage was reduced, the hysteresis of the compound was decreased, the conglutinate capacity between the compound and steel was increased, and the endurance of the finished tire was improved.
