      介绍12.00R20 20PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。新设计采用4层带束层加0°带束层结构;胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线;钢丝圈采用钢丝或高强纤维外缠结构,并取消预硫化工艺;行驶面曲线采用低曲率双弧线设计;胎面采用耐磨性能和抗撕裂性能好、生热低的胶料配方。新设计的轮胎负荷能力、胎圈耐久性能、速度性能和强度性能良好,轮胎使用寿命延长,轮胎退赔率降低。
英文摘要:
      A design of 12.00R20 20PR TBR tire was described. The new structure design adopted 4-layer belt and 0° belt structure; the carcass adopted 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord; bead ring adopted steel cord or was reinforced on its outside by high strength fiber; the precuring technology was canceled; the curvature of tread surface adopted low ratio double curves; tread formulation was applied with better wear resistance, tear strengh and low heat build up. The new design of tire had great loading capacity,excellent endurance of bead, good speed performance and strength perfor-mance, and long service life. The ratio of returned tire was reduced.
