| 研究液体聚异戊二烯橡胶（LIR）等量部分替代NR在轿车轮胎三角胶中的应用效果。结果表明，使用5份LIR等量部分替代NR可以在对胶料物理性能影响不大的情况下降低门尼粘度，提高炭黑分散性，节省混炼能耗，改善挤出、成型和粘合工艺性能，减少由于半成品挺性大造成的胎圈窝气现象，成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能基本不变。 |

| The application of liquid isoprene rubber（LIR） partly replacing NR by equal weight in bead filler of PC tire was investigated.The results showed that，by using 5 phr LIR instead of NR by equal weight，the Mooney viscosity，the energy consumption and the bead blistering caused by the starched extrudate decreased；the dispersity of carbon black，the extrudability，the building process-ability and the adhesion property were improved；the endurance and speed performance of finished tire were similar. |
