      探讨国产溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)T2530的基本性能。结果表明,与乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)1712E和1712相比,SSBR生胶的重均相对分子质量略小,数均相对分子质量稍大,相对分子质量分布较窄,纯胶含量较高;混炼胶的门尼粘度较高,硫化速度较快,焦烧时间略有缩短,但加工工艺性能差别不大;硫化胶的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度略低(适当调整炭黑用量可使300%定伸应力达到ESBR的水平),弹性较好,滚动阻力较低。
英文摘要:
      The basic properties of domestic SSBR T2530 were investigated.The results showed that when compared to ESBR1712E and 1712,SSBR T2530 possessed smaller weight-average molecular weight(Mw),greater number-average molecular weight(Mn),narrower molecular weight distribution,and higher content of SSBR;its mix also possessed higher Mooney viscosity and vulcanization rate,shorter scorch time,and similar processing properties;its vulcanizate showed lower stress at 300% strain and tensile strength (but stress at 300% strain could be enhanced to the level of ESBR by adjusting the proportion of carbon black),better elasticity,and lower rolling resistance.
