| 试验研究3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明，与3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线相比，3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线单丝直径大，结构简单，渗胶性能好；以3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22W钢丝帘线用于12.00R20 18PR轮胎带束层中，不仅可以满足生产工艺要求，提高轮胎综合性能，减小轮胎质量，还可降低生产成本。 |

| The application of 3+8×0.33HT steel cord in the belt of TBR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that 3+8×0.33HT steel cord possessed larger diameter of filament，simpler construction and better rubber penetration when compared to 3+9+15×0.22W steel cord；and the former could be used in the belt of 12.00R20 18PR tire instead of the latter to meet the requirements of processing technology，improve the comprehensive performance of tire and reduce the tire weight and production cost. |
