      介绍23.5-25 20PR超加深花纹无内胎工程机械轮胎的设计情况。结构设计:轮胎外直径 1 672 mm,轮胎断面宽 530 mm,胎圈着合宽度 495 mm(与轮辋过盈配合),行驶面宽度 480 mm,胎肩切线与地面垂线夹角 12°,花纹深度为78.5 mm、饱和度为70.25%;施工设计:采用卸鼓肩式成型机头,胎面采用三方九块缠绕方法成型,胎体帘布采用10层1870dtex/2锦纶帘布,缓冲层采用4层930dtex/2V3锦纶帘布,胎圈采用12×13双钢丝圈结构。成品轮胎室内试验表明轮胎充气外缘尺寸符合TRA标准和设计要求,且性能良好。
英文摘要:
      A design of 23.5-25 20PR tubeless OTR tire with super deep tread patterns is described.In structure design,the following parameters are taken:overall diameter 1 672 mm,cross-sectional width 530 mm,bead width at rim seat 495 mm (interference fit to rim),width of running surface 480 mm,angle between tangent to shoulder and normal to ground 12°,pattern depth 78.5 mm,block/groove ratio 70.25%;in construction design,the following processes are taken:dismountable shoulder for building drum,three formulas and nine pieces winding process for tread application,10 layers 1870dtex/2 nylon cord for carcass ply,4 layers 930dtex/2V3 nylon cord for breaker ply,and 12×13 double bead wire ring for bead structure.It is confirmed by the in-door test of finished tire that the overall diameter of inflated tire meets the requirements of the TRA standard and the design,and the performance of test tire is very good.
