| 为解决侧包冠成型工艺中存在的问题，利用现有设备确定工艺路线，将子午线轮胎成型工艺由侧包冠改为冠包侧。胎面和胎侧组件的制备均采用机内复合和机外复合相结合的方式。改造后，成型效率提高50%~70%，并提高了产品质量。 |

| The tread-over-sidewall （TOS） technology was used instead of sidewall-over-tread （SOT） technology in radial car tire production based on the existent equipment.Both tread package and sidewall package were prepared by assembling in extruder combined with assembing outside extruder.The productivity at building stage increased by 50%~70% and the quality of finished tire also improved with the TOS technology. |
