| 采用改性锦纶66帘线试制ST系列子午线轮胎，并与聚酯帘线子午线轮胎进行性能对比，成品耐久性能比聚酯帘线轮胎有较大提高；轮胎成型时胎体可采用压辊反包，比采用聚酯帘线的轮胎反包密实，速度快，提高了生产效率；经调整结构设计，减小了胎面质量，降低了轮胎成本。 |

| A modified nylon 66 cord was used to produce ST series radial tires and the test tire was compared to the corresponding polyester tire.The results showed that the stitchers could be used in the turn-up of the carcass ply resulting in faster building and tighter turn-up；the weight of tread was reduced by adjusting the structural design and thus the cost of tire decreased；and the endurance of finished tire improved. |
