| 介绍改性锦纶66浸渍帘布的研制与应用情况。通过采取提高纺丝速度和增大喷丝头拉伸倍数等措施可制得高强度低收缩率的改性锦纶66工业丝，将其捻线和织布并采用适宜的浸渍工艺进行浸渍，制得的改性锦纶66浸渍帘布具有强度高，干热收缩率低(310%以下)，粘合性能、耐疲劳性能和加工性能良好等优点，不仅可满足子午线和斜交轮胎的要求，而且可省去轮胎硫化后充气工序。 |

| The development of modified dipped nylon 66 cord and its application were described.The modified HMLS nylon 66 filament was produced by increasing the spinning speed and the stretch ratio.The dipped nylon 66 cord made of this filament featured high tensile strength，low thermal shrinkage (<3.0%)and excellent adhesion，fatigue property and processibility to meet the requirements of both radial tire and bias tire，and eliminate the post-cure process of tire. |
