| A production line of tempering tin bronze-plated bead wire is described including reatment of steel wire before plating，process of chemically plating tin bronze，technical parameters of processing，set-up of equipment and main processing stages.The tempering tin bronze-plated bead wire produce by this line features optimum properties，not only good adhesion to the tire rubber achieved during vulcanization，but also best adhesion retension in the middle and late life of tire. |
