| 对实心轮胎高弹性中间胶的配方进行了研究。生胶选用NR/BR并用，硫化体系选用后效性促进剂和高温稳定的不溶性硫黄，补强体系选用低结构新工艺炭黑，并添加胶易素T-78和增塑剂。胶料的物理性能可以满足实心轮胎的生产要求，试制的成品轮胎缓冲、减震等性能有较大的改善，具有滚动阻力及生热低的优点。 |

| A formula of high elastic middle compound for solid tire has been developed.The formula consists of NR/BR blend，high temperature-stable insoluble sulfur and delayed action accelerator，new technology carbon black with low structure，Gum-easy T-78 and plasticizer.The physical properties of test compound meet the requirements in the production of solid tire.The finished test tire features improved vibration damping ability and lower rolling resistance and heat build-up. |
