中文摘要:
      在NR胶料和NR/SBR/BR并用胶中,采用防老剂A,FHD(40和60)和MDW进行对比试验。结果表明,防老剂FHD-60在热氧老化、天候老化及抗屈挠性方面均有良好效能,是取代防老剂A的理想产品。采用防老剂FHD-60,在力车轮胎内胎、轻型载重轮胎和拖拉机轮胎帘布胶等配方中等量替代防老剂A,在轻型载重轮胎胎面胶配方中替代防老剂RD进行试验,结果表明,试验胶料和成品的性能均达到或超过原配方胶料且符合国家标准,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
英文摘要:
      A comparative test for antidegradant FHD-60 to antidegradants A,FHD-40 and MDW was made in NR compound and NR/SBR/BR blend compound.The results showed that FHD-60 gave the compounds better thermal aging,weather aging and flexing properties,and was an ideal product for replacing antidegradant A.It was found through the test of FHD-60 replacing antidegradant A by same weight in the inner tube compound of cart tire and the cord ply compounds of light truck tire and tractor tire,and replacing antidegradant RD by same weight in the tread compound of light truck tire that the properties of the test compounds and finished products were comparable to or better than those of the original ones.
