| The various control methods in internal mixing of rubber compound are discussed,and the principle of instantaneous power control method is described,i.e.the mix quality is controlled by controlling the work on the rotor shafts during the mixing.The stability of mix quality is improved by combining the temperature control with the instantaneous power control using MLJ2300 computer-aided internal mixer control system. |
