| 针对轮胎企业的生产工序,系统介绍了炼胶、挤出压延、成型和硫化工序中,橡胶、炭黑、胎面混炼胶、帘线、钢丝、胎坯、胶囊胶料等原材料、半成品投入产出率的计算方法。运用投入产出法可以控制车间及各主要工序的物料消耗,克服了以往班组进行成本控制时出现的操作工对生产过程的物料消耗难以控制的不足,大大提高了生产过程中控制消耗的可操作性。 |

| A calculation method for the input/output ratio of materials and semi-products in tire production,such as rubber,carbon black,mix,cord,steel,bladder,green tire and so on,is provided.The materials and semi-products consumption at the various working stages,such as mixing,calendering,extrusion,building and vulcanization,can be effectively controlled by using the calculation method for the input/output ratio. |
