从既降低成本又能满足农业轮胎胎面胶的各项性能要求出发,同时根据SR的性能及工艺特点,设计配方并进行优化,确定了S-SBR/BR并用(并用比60/40),增大硫黄和软化增粘剂的用量,N220和N330并用(63份)作为补强填充剂,对苯二胺类防老剂作为主要防老剂的胶料配方,同时适当调整了加工工艺。试验结果表明,该配方不仅满足了农业轮胎胎面胶的性能要求,而且与现生产农业轮胎胎面胶相比,胶料成本降低363元·t-1。 |

An all SR agricultural tire tread compound was developed to lower the production cost without sacrificing the tire performance.In the optimized tread formula,S-SBR/BR(60/40) blend was used,the levels of sulfur and tackifier were increased,63 phr of N220/N330 was used as reinforcing filler and p-phenylene diamine derivatives were used as main antioxidants.The processing technology was adjusted based on the properties and processibility of SR.The test results showed that not only the performance requirements for the agricultural tire tread could be met by using the optimized formula,but also the cost of the compound was decreased by 363 yuan·t-1. |
