| 介绍了子午线轮胎P1+2一次法成型机反包胶囊的技术要求、结构特点及试制情况。通过试验选取人造丝作为骨架材料，在胶囊外侧增贴双向弹性尼龙布，调整胶片和填充胶条的胶料配方，延长第2次成型的硫化时间。实际使用表明，此反包胶囊能够完全满足成型工艺要求，且价格低于进口胶囊，生产成本显著降低。 |

| The technical specifications and structure features of turn-up bladder for P1+2 one-stage radial tire building machine are described. The bladder is produced by using rayon as carcass，applying a bidirectional nylon fabric on the out side of bladder，optimizing the compound formulas of rubber sheet and filling strip，and prolonging the curing time on second building step. It is shown in the
practical service that the turn-up bladder can meet the requirements of building process and its price is lower than that of imported one. |
