      利用计算机技术,建立了更加精确的轮胎结构施工设计方法。对内衬层和胎体层,改变传统设计中厚度在成品断面图中均匀分布的假设,分别计算各段的厚度,使施工设计精度得到提高;对胎侧胶等其它部件,通过对施工设计部件和口型设计部件的体积与成品体积的比较,确定施工设计部件的形状并进行口型设计,使材料分布更加有利于应力分散。给出了11.00 R22轮胎的施工设计算例。
英文摘要:
      A more precise tire const ruction design method is established by using computer technology. For inner linear and carcass ply ,the precision of const ruction design is improved by changing the assumption that the thickness is evenly dist ributed in the profile of finished product and calculating the thickness in various segments separately ;for other components ,such as sidewall ,the shape of component in const ruction design is determined and its die is designed based on the volume comparison of the component in const ruction design , the component in die design with the component in finished product to make the material dist ribution more beneficial to the st ress dispersion. An example is given for calculating in const ruction design of 11.00 R22 tire.
