| 研究了橡胶加工助剂增塑剂A ,T278 ,D2R ,Aktiplast T 及H501对载重子午线轮胎胎面胶的物理性能、流动性、炭黑及固体配合剂的分散性、混炼和挤出性能的影响。试验结果表明,上述几种加工助剂可以降低胶料的粘度,提高炭黑及固体配合剂的分散性,改善胶料的混炼及挤出性能,对硫化胶的物理性能无不利影响。 |

| The effect of rubber processing aids ,such as plasticizer A , T278 ,D2R ,Aktiplast T and H501 on physical properties ,flow ability ,dispersity of carbon black and other solid ingredients ,mixing and extrudability of radial truck tire tread was investigated. The test results showed that the viscosity decreased ,the dispersity of carbon black and other solid ingredient s increased ,and the mixing and extrudability improved without adverse effect on the physical properties of vulcanizate by adding above said processing aids. |
