| 对溶聚丁苯橡胶(引进西班牙技术制造的SBR1204) 和乳聚丁苯橡胶(国产SBR1500)进行了对比试验。结果表明,与使用SBR1500的胶料相比,使用SBR1204的胶料,硫化起步快,硫化速度快;压缩疲劳温升低,压缩永久变形小,老化前后磨耗量稍小;工艺性能正常。在此基础上又用含这两种橡胶的胶料作胎面胶制造了一批试验胎进行实际里程试验,结果证明用含SBR1204的胎面胶制造的轮胎的行驶里程及累计磨耗均比用含SBR1500的胎面胶制造的轮胎高。 |

| A comparison between S-SBR (SBR1204 made with Spanish technology) and E-SBR (SBR1500 made in China) was made through the test . The results showed that the SBR1204 possessed faster onset of cure and curing rate ,lower compression fatigue heat build-up and compression set ,somewhat lower abrasion loss before and after aging , and similar processibility when compared with SBR1500. A group of test tires were made with SBR1204 and SBR1500 respectively to carry out the road test.The result s showed that the t read life and the accumulative abrasion of tire with SBR1204 tread were better than those with SBR1500 tread. |
