| 开发公制低断面轻型载重子午线轮胎系列产品。在结构设计上，以计算机进行的有限元力学分析为基础，采用加大两胎圈间距的新设计方法， 提高了轮胎的整体性能。215/ 75R14 LT 断面应力分布合理，解决了高负荷、低气压引起的胎圈空、胎圈裂等问题。在配方设计上，注重新型原材料的开发利用和提高半成品的加工性能，使轮胎的加工质量、质量稳定性以及耐磨性均得以提高。 |

| The metric low profile radial light truck tire series were developed.Based on FEA with computer ，a new structure design method ，in which the distance from bead to bead increased ，was proposed to improve the overall tire performance. A 215/75 R14 LT tire was designed by using the new method. The stress dist ribution on the 215/75R14 LT profile was reasonable to solve the bead separation and split resulted from high load and/or low inflation pressure. As for formulation ，some new materials were used to improve processibility ，tire performance and constant quality. |
