      对几种防老剂进行了配合试验和天候老化试验,发现防老剂4010NA 能使黑色胶料在日光曝晒下变红,防老剂D 和BLE能引起胶料轻微变色,防护蜡和防老剂RD 及防老剂4020 则不会使黑色胶料变色。在轮胎胎侧胶和胎冠胶中采用防老剂RD、防老剂4020 、石蜡、微晶蜡并用的防护体系,既能保证胶料的物理性能和优异的防护性能,又不会使胶料变色。
英文摘要:
      It was found through the compounding test and weather test that under the sunlight the black compound with antioxidant 4010NA turned red ,the one with antioxidant D and BLE discolorated slightly and the one with antioxidant RD ,antioxidant 4020 and wax didn′t discolorate. The tread and sidewall compounds with antioxidant RD/antioxidant 4020/wax/ micro-crystalline wax showed excellent physical and aging properties and good discoloration resistance.
