| 阐述了无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎质量攻关目标、采取的措施及所取得的技术成果和社会经济效益。攻关轮胎外缘尺寸符合国标;耐久性试验时间高于90 h以上;胎体强度全部符合和超过欧洲ECE及美国DOT标准;与法国米西林轮胎并装进行里程试验，达到同等水平;不圆度精度达到≤2mm水平;翻新次数保证3次以上;经济效益，仅无内胎全钢丝子午线轮胎的原材料国产化，就可降低生产成本5% ，通过提高轮胎翻新次数，可提高轮胎的有效使用率20 %以上。 |

| The goals ，the measures and the technical and economical efficiencies of improving the quality of all2steel tubeless t ruck radial tire by tackling the key problems are described. The overall diameter of the resultant tire is in accordance with the requirement specified in the Chiness national standard ;the endurance life is more than 90 h ;the carcass energy is equal to or surpasses those specified in ECE or DOT standards ; the similar result s are obtained in the t read life test when the resultant tire is mounted side by side with Michelin′s tire ;the unroundness of the tire is equal to or less than 2 mm ; the ret read percentage increases by 2 or 3 times ;and the production
cost reduces by 5 % due to the application of the domestic material. |
