| 采用数据包络分析方法，对某轮胎厂主要产品生产的相对技术有效性进行分析与评价，揭示了造成生产投入过剩的原因：设计相对保守，轮胎硫化时间长、效率低，生产过程控制不严格，工装设备水平偏低；并提出了优化产品设计和加强生产全过程的成本控制等方面的改进措施。 |

| The analysis and evaluation of the relative technical effectiveness in the production of a tire plant were made with DEA（data envelopment analysis）.It was found that the extra cost in the production was resulted from relative conservative design，longer and unefficient curing cycle，improper process control and out-of-date equipment.The measures were proposed to optimize the product design and improve the cost control of the whole process. |
