轮胎花纹噪声动力学分析

摘要:从动力学角度研究轮胎花纹噪声的发声机理。分析得出,车速越快、轮胎充气量越小、花纹块的密度越大,花纹块的噪声声压越大;花纹槽的腔体积、车速和汽车载质量越大,花纹槽的噪声声压越大。从噪声波干涉与合成的角度论述花纹结构参数对轮胎花纹噪声的影响。

Kinetic analysis of noise from tire tread patterns

Abstract:The sounding mechanism of the noise from the tire tread patterns was investigated from the point of view of kinetics.The results showed that the higher the vehicle speed,the lower the inflation pressure of tire and the higher the density of tread blocks,the greater the sound levels of the noise from tread bolcks;the larger the volume of tread grooves,and the higher speed and load of vehicle,the greater the sound levels of the noise from tread grooves.The influence of the structural parameters of tread patterns on their noise was described from the point of view of the interference and composition of noise wave.

         连续液相混炼工艺生产的NR炭黑母炼胶

摘要:介绍了第一种用连续液相混炼工艺生产的NR填料母炼胶。生产时先将聚合物和填料迅速混合和凝固,然后在高温下进行非常短时间的干燥。此种材料具有优异的性能,聚合物与填料间的相互作用保持很好,基本防止了聚合物降解,填料分散卓越且不依赖于其形态,实现了简化的低能耗混合和无粉尘作业。采用这种方法可以扩大应用于橡胶的炭黑等级范围。与干法混炼胶相比,此种材料可显著提高硫化胶性能,包括减小滞后损失、改善耐切割性能和耐屈挠疲劳性能以及提高高填充剂用量时硫化胶的耐磨性能。
