粘合增进剂NMP-ZD在载重斜交轮胎中的应用

摘要:对粘合增进剂NMPZD在载重斜交轮胎缓冲胶和外层帘布胶配方中的应用进行试验。结果表明,在原生产配方的基础上,缓冲层胶中添加15份间苯二酚和25份粘合增进剂NMPZD,外层帘布胶中添加12份间苯二酚和2份粘合增进剂NMPZD,胶料的粘合性能和耐热老化性能提高,轮胎的内在质量得到改善,使用寿命延长。

             Application of adhesion promoter NMPZD in bias truck tire

Abstract:The application of the adhesion promoter NMPZD in the breaker and outer ply compounds of bias truck tire was investigated.The results showed that the adhesion property and heat aging property of compounds,and the performance of finished tire improved and the life time of tire extended by adding 1.5 phr of resorcinol and 2.5 phr of NMPZD in breaker compound and 1.2 phr of resorcinol and 2 phr NMPZD in outer ply compound based on the original production formula.

                     钴盐粘合增进剂在轮胎胎圈胶中的应用

摘要:探讨几种钴盐粘合增进剂对轮胎胎圈胶性能,特别是对粘合性能的影响。添加钴盐粘合增进剂硫化胶的硬度和300%定伸应力有增大趋势,动态性能略有提高,轮胎胎圈胶与胎圈钢丝的粘合强度显著提高,从而提高了轮胎产品的整体质量。过量添加粘合增进剂会降低胶料的老化后性能,应用时应特别注意选择适当的用量。

                      均匀剂40MSF在轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要:研究均匀剂40MSF在轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。应用均匀剂40MSF,可以提高胶料的混炼性能,改善炭黑的分散性,降低能量消耗;改善挤出工艺性能,挤出胎面表面致密性较好;提高硫化胶的耐磨性能,成品试验轮胎胎面胶的耐磨性能优于正常生产轮胎胎面胶,可延长轮胎的使用寿命。

               Application of homogenizer 40MSF in tread compound

Abstract:The application of the homogenizer 40MSF in the tread compound was investigated.The results showed that the mixing property of compound increased,the dispersity of carbon black improved and the power consumption decreased by adding 1 phr of homogenizer 40MSF into tread compound;the extruding process improved and the extruded tread with better consistancy was obtained;and both the abrasion resistance of the vulcanizate with 40MSF and the wear resistance of the test tire were superior to those of the normal production tire.

                    半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶料配方的优化设计

摘要:分析现生产半钢子午线轮胎带束层胶料配方的不足,并提出改进措施。用炭黑N326替代N330,用促进剂DTDM部分替代不溶性硫黄IS7020,用促进剂NOBS增量替代CZ。配方调整后,胶料物理性能和加工工艺性能良好,成品轮胎高速和耐久性能大大提高。

            Optimized formulation of belt compound in steelbelted tire

Abstract:The disadvantages of the existent belt compound formula in the production of steelbelted tire were analyzed and the countermeasures were proposed.The good processibility and physical properties of belt compound were obtained,and the speed performance and endurance improved significantly by using black N326 instead of black N330,accelerator DTDM partly instead of insoluble sulfur IS7020,more accelerator MBS instead of CBS.

            紧密型钢丝帘线在全钢轻载子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要:采用12×022+1CCHT紧密型钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0175+1层状结构钢丝帘线作为胎体骨架材料试生产全钢轻载子午线轮胎。825R16LT轮胎成品试验结果表明,采用紧密型钢丝帘线生产的全钢轻载子午线轮胎性能略优于层状结构钢丝帘线轮胎,而且成本较低。

Application of compact steel cord in allsteel radial light truck tire

Abstract:12×0.22+1CCHT compact steel cord was used as carcass ply cord instead of 3+9+15×0.175+1 layer construction steel cord in the pilot production of allsteel radial light truck tire.The test results of 8.25R16LT tire showed that the tire made of 12×0.22+1CCHT cord was somewhat superior to that made of 3+9+15×0.175+1 layer construction cord in terms of performance;and the cost of the former was lower than the latter.

摘要:介绍ISHD系列不溶性硫黄、新型硫化剂DTDC和加成聚合硫黄PAS80的性能特点。ISHD系列不溶性硫黄具有高分散、热稳定和低静电的特点;硫化剂DTDC具有不喷霜、焦烧安全性好、硫化速度快的特点,且不产生亚硝胺,是硫化剂DTDM的理想替代品;加成聚合硫黄PAS80不产生喷霜,可提高橡胶与钢丝帘线的粘合性能,改善硫化胶的耐热老化性能。
