优化配方设计提高9.00-20 16PR轮胎的综合性能

摘要:通过对900-20 16PR轮胎胎冠胶、缓冲层、胎肩胶和胎体帘布层内外层胶的配方优化,提高了轮胎的速度、耐久性能。胎冠胶采用NR/BR(50/50)并用、炭黑N234/N220并用(用量54份);胎肩胶采用NR/BR(90/10)并用、硫化体系为促进剂NOBS、硫化剂DTDM和硫黄;缓冲胶采用全NR,炭黑N330/N660并用(用量44份)、硫化体系为促进剂CZ、不溶性硫黄与硫化剂DTDM;内外层胶采用NR/SBR/BR并用、炭黑N330/N660并用(用量40份)、硫化体系采用促进剂NOBS、DM、硫化剂DTDM和硫黄并用。改进后轮胎的速度性能达到110 km·h-1级运转1 h,耐久性能超过120 h。

充油S-SBR加工行为的研究

摘要:在中试装置上合成相对分子质量分布较宽的充油S-SBR,考察不同环烷油和芳烃油填充量的充油S-SBR的流变性能和混炼行为。结果表明,增大油的填充量能提高充油SSBR的流动性能,充芳烃油S-SBR相对于充环烷油的S-SBR对温度更敏感,宽相对分子质量分布的充环烷油S-SBR的混炼性能优于S-SBR1204及ESBR1778,宽相对分子质量分布的充芳烃油S-SBR的混炼性能优于SSBR1204,Solprene 380和ESBR1712。

Study on processibility of oilextended SSBR

Abstract:The various oilextended S-SBRs(OESSBR) with broader molecular weight distribution were synthesized on a pilot plant and the rheological properties and mixing behaviour of S-SBRs extended with different contents of naphthenic oil or aromatic oil were investigated.The results showed that the flowability of OESSBR improved by increassing the content of oil;the
S-SBR extended with aromatic oil was more sensitive to the temperature than that extended with naphthenic oil;the mixing behaviour of naphthenic oilextended SSBR with broader MW was superior to those of SSBR1204 or ESBR1778;and the mixing behaviour of aromatic oilextended S-SBR was superior to those of SSBR1204,Solprene 380 and ESBR1712.

烷基二硫代磷酸盐促进剂在NR胎面胶中的应用

摘要:研究烷基二硫代磷酸盐促进剂在NR胎面胶中的应用。应用烷基二硫代磷酸盐促进剂,可明显提高硫化胶的抗硫化返原性能,增大300%定伸应力,用量适宜时可降低脆性温度;通过调整硫化体系,使用05份烷基二硫代磷酸盐促进剂,可使胶料保持良好的焦烧安全性和耐屈挠龟裂性能。

Application of alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator
in NR based tread compound

Abstract:The application of alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator in NR based tread compound was investigated.The results showed that the antireversion of vulcanizate improved and the modulus at 300% also increased by using alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator,and the brittle temperature decreased by using the proper level of alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator;and the rubber compound with better scorch safety and flex crack resistance was obtained by using 0.5 phr of alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator and adjusting the curing system.

分散剂FT-78在轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要:研究分散剂FT78在轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与胶易素T78进行对比试验。加入分散剂FT78的硫化胶物理性能与加入胶易素T78硫化胶相差不大,但耐磨性略优;加入分散剂FT78可以降低混炼能耗、缩短混炼周期;挤出胎面表面光滑、致密性好;可提高胎面胶成品的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐磨性;大大降低胶料成本。

促进剂TBSI在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要:研究促进剂TBSI在全钢载重子午线轮胎上三角胶和胎体胶中的应用。在上三角胶配方中以促进剂TBSI等量替代促进剂NS,胶料的焦烧时间延长,硫化速度减慢,抗硫化返原性能提高,硫化胶的强伸性能及撕裂性能较优。在胎体胶配方中以1份促进剂TBSI替代125份促进剂DZ,胶料的焦烧时间延长,t90缩短,硫化胶的拉断永久变形减小,H抽出力相当。

Application of TBSI accelerator in BTR tire

Abstract:The application of TBSI accelerator in upper bead filler and carcass compounds of BTR tire was investigated.The results showed that the scorch time extended,the curing speed reduced,the antireversion improved,and the better tensile,elongation and tear properties were obtained using TBSI instead of TBBS by equal weight in the upper bead filler compound;and the scorch time extended,t90 reduced,the permanent tensile set decreased and the H pullout changed little using 1 phr of TBSI instead of 1.25 phr of DCBS in the carcass compound.
