纳米氧化锌在轻载子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要:研究了纳米氧化锌在轻型载重子午线轮胎胎面胶及钢丝带束层胶料中的应用效果。用纳米氧化锌减量替代间接法氧化锌,胶料的门尼粘度下降,门尼焦烧时间延长,硫化特性基本保持不变;硫化胶的撕裂强度、耐磨性及H抽出力有所提高;试验轮胎的耐久性能及累计平均磨耗里程均较生产轮胎有所提高;可适当降低胶料成本。

                Application of nanozinc oxide in LT radial tire

Abstract:The application of nanozinc oxide in the tread and steel belt compounds of LT radial tire was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of compound decreased,the Mooney scorch time extended and the curing behavior changed little by using nanozinc oxide in reduced weight instead of indirect zinc oxide;the tear strength,abrasion resistance and H pullout of vulcanizate increased;the endurance and average tread wear of test tire improved;and the cost of compound dereased.

                3/6×035HT钢丝帘线在载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用

摘要:介绍了3/6×035HT钢丝帘线的特性,并进行了在载重子午线轮胎带束层上以其替代3+9+15×022+015钢丝帘线的批量试验。3/6×035HT钢丝帘线具有价格低、胶料渗透性能好等优点,替代3+9+15×022+015钢丝帘线用于带束层,可提高轮胎的综合性能,并使单胎原材料成本降低443元。

                     普利散PL80 在轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要:研究普利散PL80在载重斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。用普利散PL80等量替代常用分散剂,可降低胶料的门尼粘度,提高胶料的加工工艺性能,但不影响硫化胶的物理性能;挤出胎面表面光亮、密实、气泡少;轮胎成品性能达到使用要求;可降低分散剂成本约25%。

作者简介:魏进明(1970),男,宁夏固原人,银川佳通长城轮胎有限公司工程师,学士,从事轮胎配方设计及工艺管理工作。高效复合型橡胶加工分散剂普利散PL80为表面活性剂的金属皂基混合物,具有加工助剂的润滑与塑解功能, 可降低胶料的门尼粘度,加快填料的分散,同时又不影响硫化胶的物理性能。本工作研究了普利散PL80在轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。

Abstract:The application of rubber processing aid Pulisan PL80 to tread compound of bias truck tire was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of compound decreased and the processibility improved by using Pulisan PL80 in equal weight instead of common dispersing agent without decreasing the physical properties of vulcanizate;the extruded tread featured bright surface,compact profile and less blisters;the performance of finished tire met the needs in service;the cost of dispersing agent reduced by 25%.

          优化配方设计提高7.50-16 14PR轮胎耐久和耐磨性能

摘要:对7.50-16 14PR轻型载重轮胎的胎冠和胎体胶配方进行优化设计,以进一步提高轮胎的耐久和耐磨性能。胎冠胶采用SBR代替充油丁苯橡胶,提高耐磨性能;胎体胶取消BR,内层与外层帘布胶统一为一个配方,保持良好的胎体性能,降低成本。

           Improving endurance and wear resistance of 7.50-16 14PR tire

Abstract:The formulation of crown compound and carcass ply compound for 7.50-16 14PR tire was optimized to improve the endurance and wear resistance.The NR/BR/OESBR blend was replaced by the NR/BR/SBR blend in crown compound to improve the wear resistance;and the NR/SBR/BR blend was replaced by the NR/SBR blend in carcass ply compound,and the same formula was used in both inner ply and outer ply compounds to obtain good performance of carcass and reduce the cost.

                         在气密层胶料中添加轻质碳酸钙降低成本

摘要:研究了轻质碳酸钙在轮胎气密层胶料中的应用效果。试验结果表明,在气密层胶料中添加轻质碳酸钙,对胶料物理性能影响不大,且复皮时气泡明显减少,帘布层能与气密层胶很好粘合,复皮工艺性能得到改善;充气试验证明,在气密层中添加轻质碳酸钙可改善成品内胎的气密性并降低成本。
