国产IIR在自行车内胎中的应用

摘要：调整自行车IIR内胎配方和混炼工艺以改善国产IIR1751胶料易粘后辊和半成品胎坯挺性不足等问题。试验配方中并用EPDM和弹性填充剂，胶料门尼粘度、硫化速度和混炼性能得到提高，过滤和挤出工艺性能得到改善。采用试验配方生产的自行车内胎性能良好，达到国家标准要求；国产IIR1751完全可以替代进口IIR应用于自行车内胎胶中。

Application of domestic IIR in bike inner tube

Abstract:The formula and mixing procedure of IIR inner tube compound for bike were modified to prevent the domestic IIR1751 compound from sticking to back roll of mill and the green innertube from less stiffness.The test results showed that the Mooney viscosity,mixing behavior and curing rate increased,and the filtering and extrudability improved by blending EPDM and an elastic filler in the test compound.The performance of bike inner tube produced with the test compound met the requirements of the relevant national standard;and the domestic IIR1751 could be used in bike inner tube instead of the imported IIR.

防老剂HD40在斜交轮胎胎体帘布胶中的应用

摘要：研究防老剂HD40在斜交轮胎胎体帘布胶中的应用。试验结果表明，防老剂HD40/4010NA/RD并用体系比防老剂4010NA/RD并用体系能产生更佳的协同防护作用；使用防老剂HD40硫化胶老化后拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降幅度减小，且可降低成本，按年产75万套斜交轮胎计算可节约50万元左右。

Application of antioxidant HD40 in carcass ply compound of bias ply tire

Abstract:The application of antioxidant HD40 in the carcass ply compound of bias ply tire was investigated.The test results showed that the HD40/4010NA/RD blend system had better synergistic protection effect when compared to 4010NA/RD blend system;and the tensile strength retension and elongation retension of vulcanizate after aging increased and the production cost decreased by using HD40 in the antioxidant blend system.

轮胎带束层中的应用

摘要：对比分析3×020+6×035HT和3+9+15×022+015钢丝帘线的结构和性能，并以前者替代后者在1000R20 16PR载重子午线轮胎带束层中进行试验。结果表明，使用3×020+6×035HT钢丝帘线可以降低胎肩和胎圈部位的应力，提高轮胎的综合性能，每条轮胎可减小质量1 kg，节约原材料费用30元左右。

Application of 3×020+6×035HT steel cord in belt of BTR tire

Abstract:A comparative analysis was made on the structures and properties of 3×020+6×035HT and 3+9+15×022+015 steel cords,and the former was used in 10.00R20 16PR BTR tire instead of the latter in experimental production.The test results showed that the stress in shoulder and bead areas decreased,the comprehesive properties of tire improved,and the weight per tire reduce by 1 kg,i.e.the material cost per tire decreased by 30 Yuan RMB.

摘要：研究930dtex/1×930dtex/1锦纶胎圈包布在斜交轮胎中的应用。采用930dtex/1×930dtex/1锦纶胎圈包布替代930dtex/2V2锦纶6浸渍帘布作钢丝圈包布，轮胎的耐久性能有较大提高，每平方米胎圈包布质量减小0.026 kg，材料成本降低2.49元。

国产抗硫化返原剂WK901的性能研究

摘要：研究国产抗硫化返原剂WK901的性能，并与进口同类产品进行对比。结果表明，国产抗硫化返原剂WK901具有优异的抗硫化返原性能，对胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能无明显影响，与进口同类产品性能相近，可用于轮胎实际生产。
