促进剂NS在斜交轮胎中的应用

摘要:研究以促进剂NS替代促进剂NOBS在斜交轮胎胎面胶和帘布胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明,以促进剂NS替代促进剂NOBS,在胶料硫化速度基本接近的情况下,胶料的焦烧时间略有缩短,硫化胶的物理性能和成品轮胎的耐久性能基本一致;不仅可以改善生产环境、减少污染,还能降低材料成本,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Application of accelerator NS in bias ply tire

Abstract:The application of accelerator NS instead of NOBS in the tread and carcass ply compounds of bias ply tire was investigated.The results showed that the similar curing rate was obtained by using NS in the tread and carcass ply compounds instead of NOBS,but the scorch time reduce somewhat;the physical properties of vulcanizate and the endurance of finished tire changed little;and the pollution of production environment improved significantly and the material cost reduced,thus the better economic and social benefits were obtained.

高强度锦纶66 T4(A)在载重斜交轮胎中的应用

摘要:以高强度锦纶66 T4(A)浸胶帘布替代普通2100dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布用作胎体骨架材料生产1200-20载重斜交轮胎,并进行对比试验。结果表明,锦纶66 T4(A)的耐热性能、尺寸稳定性和强力保持率优良;采用锦纶66 T4(A)浸胶帘布生产的载重斜交轮胎的耐久性、速度性能、强度和实际行驶里程均有较大提高,轮胎早期胎圈爆破问题得到解决,经济效益良好。

Application of high tenacity nylon 66 cord T4(A) in bias ply truck tire

Abstract:The high tenacity nylon 66 cord T4(A) was used instead of 2100dtex/2 nylon 6 cord in the carcass ply of 12.00-20 bias ply tire,and a comparative test was made.The results showed that the heat resistance,dimension stability and tenacity retention of nylon 66 cord T4(A) were better than those of 2100dtex/2 nylon 6 cord; the endurance,speed performance,strength and tread life of bias ply truck tire improved significantly by using nylon 66 cord T4(A);and the premature burst of tire bead was eliminated,thus the better economic benefit was obtained.

骨架材料对全钢载重子午线轮胎性能的影响

摘要:讨论骨架材料的规格、结构分布及工艺控制对全钢载重子午线轮胎性能的影响。胎体帘布采用带有外缠丝的3+9+15×022+015规格钢丝、胎体帘线密度在450~650 根·m-1范围内(帘线直径大于12 mm)以及胎体反包端点在成品外轮廓曲线的第2或3条装配线上等措施均有利于保证胎体强度;合理设计带束层结构,端点与胎侧肩部花纹距离取10 mm左右有利于消除应力过度集中;采用钢丝增强带有利于提高胎圈刚性。

Influence of reinforcing material on performance of BTR tire

Abstract:The influence of the size and structural distribution of reinforcing material on the performance of BTR tire was investigated.The results showed that the carcass strength could be ensured by using 3+9+15×022+015 steel cord with outer wrapping filament,density of 450~650 ends·m-1and diameter greater than 1.2 mm,and placing the turnup end on the second or third fitting line of finished tire;the stress concentration in should area could be eliminated by designing the belt structure resonably and taking the distance from the belt ends to the tread patterns in shoulders of about 10 mm;and the bead stiffness could be increased by using the steel cord reinforcing strip.

摘要:研究1870dtex/2锦纶66加密帘布在载重斜交轮胎中的应用效果,并与1870dtex/2锦纶6加密帘布进行对比。结果表明,与锦纶6加密帘布相比,应用锦纶66加密帘布,可提高载重斜交轮胎的速度性能和强度性能,降低轮胎的退赔率,但其成本略有增加。
