改性锦纶66与高模量低收缩聚酯帘线在半钢子午线轮胎中的应用对比

摘要：对改性锦纶66帘线和DSP帘线的性能及应用进行对比试验。试验结果表明，DSP帘线的耐热性和尺寸稳定性优于改性锦纶66帘线;聚酯帘线用作胎体骨架材料时，成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均达到并超过设计要求，在高速和耐久试验中，轮胎表面温升高于改性锦纶66胎体轮胎。

Comparison of modified nylon 66 cord and HMLS polyester cord in PCR tire

Abstract:A comparative test was made on the properties and application of modified nylon 66 cord and DSP cord.The test results showed that the heat resistance and dimensional stability of DSP cord were better than those of modified nylon cord;the tire with DSP carcass ply met the requirements of design interms of speed performance and endurance;and the temperature rising on the surface of tire with DSP carcass ply was higher than that with modified nylon 66 carcass ply in speed performance and endurance tests.

芳纶帘线在子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要：探讨新型原材料芳纶帘线在轿车及轻载车子午线轮胎中的应用问题,结合新型低滞后炭黑DZ13在胎面胶中的应用试制了全纤维节能型子午线轮胎。全纤维节能型子午线轮胎完全能够达到国家标准，并且比普通子午线轮胎滚动阻力更低,更节油。

Application of aramid cord in radial tire

Abstract:The application of aramid cord in PCR and LTR tires was investigated.A alltextile energysaving radial tire was developed by using the aramid cord in belt and carcass ply and a novel low hysteresis carbon black DZ13 in tread compound.The alltextile energysaving tire met the requirements in the relevant national standard,and possessed lower rolling resistance and consumed less fuel when compared to the conventional radial tire.

低纤型930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布在中小型农业驱动轮胎中的应用

摘要：研究930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布在中小型农业驱动轮胎中的应用。结果表明，中小型农业轮胎生产中采用930dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布替代1400dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布为骨架材料，相应调整结构参数和工艺条件，轮胎的各项性能均符合国家标准要求，且轮胎质量减小，成本降低。

Application of low denier dipped 930dtex/2 nylon 6 cord in

Abstract:The application of 930dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord in medium and small agricultural drive tire was investigated.The results showed that the tire performance met the requirements of the national standard,the tire mass reduced and the production cost decreased by using dipped 930dtex/2V1 nylon 6 cord instead of dipped 1400dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord as carcass ply in medium and small agricultural drive tire.

IIR内胎的研制

摘要：简介IIR内胎的研制。确定IIR内胎胶料配方为：IIR30165，IIR175120，EPDM364015，RIIR10，炭黑73，操作油18.5，活性剂6，硫化剂和促进剂3，粘合增进剂A903。内胎半成品定型分两次缓慢充气，采用LLN1430型硫化机在172 ℃以上高温短时间硫化。IIR内胎成品各项性能均超过国家标准。

国产间苯二酚-80在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用

摘要：研究国产间苯二酚80在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用效果，并与进口同类产品进行对比试验。结果表明，与进口间苯二酚80相比，采用国产间苯二酚80的NR硫化胶撕裂强度及10万次疲劳后拉伸强度提高，其它性能基本相当；采用国产间苯二酚80制造的1200R20成品轮胎的耐久性能达到57 h未损坏，高速性能达到105 km·h-1，分别超过国家标准和企业标准要求，完全可以替代进口产品。
